TERMS

BY PURCHASING PAID SIGNUPS FROM ECLICKSMEDIA.COM YOU ARE SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITION AND BY DOING SO IT IS UNDERSTOOD THAT YOU HAVE READ, COMPREHENDED AND AGREED WITH THESE TERMS. 

These TERM and CONDITIONS are a binding agreement between you ("CUSTOMER, CLIENT, ADVERTISER, YOU") and ECLICKSMEDIA.COM, ("us"). Further more, by ordering paid signups through ECLICKSMEDIA.COM you are stating that you have read, understood and agree to these terms and condition prior to completing your purchase and that these terms and conditions are not subject to negotiation.

CONDITIONS

You agree that ECLICKSMEDIA.COM is providing you with an advertising service to acquire paid sign-ups for your web site, business or program offer and does not guaranteed any particular sign-up rate or rate of delivery. Further more you agree to allow us a full 190 days to complete your order. If we can not fill or complete your order by 190 days you will then be eligible to request a prorated refund at that time. You also agree that if any dispute or discrepancies arise regarding the completion of your order we shall be given access to your back office to verify any such claims prior to our decision regarding the issuing of a prorated refund. All refund requests shall be submitted in writing and will be determined on a case by case basis and be subject to following 1. the deduction of any paid sign-ups delivered 2. the deduction of our 28% service fee for advertising costs which includes time invested in communications and for managing your advertising campaign. 3. we will also deduct our payment processors fee 5.9% which is non refundable to us as well. 4. any refund request may at our sole discretion be subject to several monthly pay back installments.
